What is a communication scan?

A communication scan measures how mature your organisation's accessibility is. Six dimensions are assessed: accessibility, appointments, informing, follow-up, collaboration and initiative. You receive a score per dimension and a communication maturity level.

How long does the quick scan take?

Two minutes. Twelve questions. You receive the result directly on your phone via WhatsApp. That way you immediately experience how direct communication works.

What is the difference between the quick scan and the full communication scan?

The quick scan gives direction with 12 questions in 2 minutes. The full scan goes deeper: 36 indicators, a 90-minute on-site session, and a prioritised report with gaps and quick wins. The full scan costs a one-off €1,500 and is fully offset when going live on Diamond or Platinum.
