Andere aanbieders bieden individuele of meerdere andere kanalen. Herleidbaarheid via het telefoonnummer vervalt. Met RippleCom ben je verzekerd dat berichten aankomen. Aantoonbaar.

RippleCom verzekert directe communicatie rondom het telefoonnummer met telefonie, sms en WhatsApp. Alles via één centrale Team Inbox. Met regie, opvolging en herleidbaarheid.

Vaak is RippleCom binnen één werkdag operationeel. Na het regiegesprek bepalen we de scope, wensen en mogelijkheden. Daarna volgt de onboarding en integratie.

Ja. RippleCom koppelt via api's en webhooks met bestaande systemen. We leveren één procesintegratie als module voor bijvoorbeeld afspraakbevestigingen, herinneringen en opvolgingen. 

RippleCom werkt niet met gratis proefperiode. We richten de Team Inbox direct goed in na de regiesessie. De lage instap geeft vertrouwen in gebruik. RippleCom is per kalendermaand opzegbaar. Zonder langlopende verplichting.

Ja. Standaard helpen we met onboarden en inrichting. Voor mission-critical omgevingen bieden we extra service level agreements (SLA) op proces en compliance.

Organisaties in zorg, overheid, onderwijs en woningcorporaties die minimaal één proces willen verbeteren (bijv. afspraakherinneringen) op één afdeling of locatie kunnen aanwijzen om te starten en bereid zijn te meten en evalueren.
